License Agreement :
         (1) Large Fertilizer Corporations with Satellite
               Retail Dealerships
         (2) Bank/Trust Departments with Farm Managers
         (3) Farm Management Service with Farm Account
                Managers

Our License agreement is very simple and easy to understand.

1. All the data belongs to the subscriber. The only people who will be able to view your data is "Agronomy-Online" administrator and anyone you have shared your login and password with. If you have shared your login and password with someone you no longer want to have access to your data, just contact the "Agronomy-Online" administrator and I will issue you another login and password.
   
   
2. We will not share your data without your written permission.
   
   
3. The first 90 days subscription is FREE.
   
   
4. After 90 days, you have 12 months to subscribe through PayPal and maintain your data.
   
   
5. After 12 months of being unsubscribed, your data is destroyed.
   
   

This is a Level Three type of subscription

The user types will be divided into three (3) groups. Each user will have their own personal login and password:

1. User type one will be the Large Fertilizer Corporation:
   
   
   1. Administrator:
      He will have access to 100% of the Corporation's data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating the corporation overall performance.
      
      
   2. Satellite Retail Fertilizer Dealerships:
      Each Satellite Dealership will have their own personal login and password. They will have access to 100% of their Dealership's data.
      
      
   3. Each Satellite Retail Fertilizer Dealership's Customers or Farmers:
      Each Customer or Farmer will have his own personal login and password. He will have access to 100% of his data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating his farming operation.
      
      
2. User type two will be the Bank/Trust Departments:
   
   
   1. Aministrator:
      He will have access to 100% of the Department's data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating the Department.
      
      
   2. Farm Manager:
      He will have his own personal login and password. He will have access to 100% of his client's data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating his clients.
      
      
   3. Farm Manager's Clients or Farmers:
      Each Client or Farmer will have his own personal login and password. He will have access to 100% of his data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating his farming operation.
      
      
3. User type three will be the Farm Management Service:
   
   
   1. Administrator:
      He will have access to 100% of the Management Service's data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating the Management Service.
      
      
   2. Farm Account Managers:
      Each Farm Account Manager will have his own personal login and password. He will have access to 100% of his client's data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating his clients.
      
      
   3. Farm Account Manager's Clients or Farmers:
      Each Client or Farmer will have his own personal login and password. He will have access to 100% of his data. He will also be able to print out sales and management reports helpful in evaluating his farming operation.
